For any product(s) that is damaged by shipping or not properly sized, STRIKE & KEO TEES will send out a return address label for customers to safely ship their item(s) back to us. Once received, a refund, including the cost of the shipping fee (if given one), will be sent back to them and/or their replacement item. Customers can also drop off the item(s) to our given address and receive their refund and/or replacement item upon arrival.
